How to transfer your 2020 race entry over to 2021

Now that the details of all the events in the 2021 Questars Adventure Race Series have been announced, we are asking 2020 race entrants to let us know which race/races in 2021 they want to transfer their 2020 race entry/entries over to.

In addition, if you entered the 2021 Cotswolds Adventure Race before this announcement was made on the 1st December 2020, then you need to reconfirm your entry. This is so we know which day you intend to take part on.

To transfer your entry over to 2021, or reconfirm your entry, the process is the same. We’ve tried to make this as quick and easy for you as possible. All you need to do is fill out this simple online Transfer Request Form and submit it to us before the 31st December 2020, and we’ll take care of the rest!

The details and explanation for each event is slightly different. Click on the event below that you originally entered to find out more…

The 2020 Wiltshire Downs Adventure Race was postponed earlier this year due to Covid-19. It has been rescheduled and will now take place on Saturday 04 September 2021.

If you entered the 2020 Wiltshire Downs event and can take part on Saturday 04 September 2021, then all you have to do is let us know that you wish to transfer your entry over to the 2021 Wiltshire Downs Adventure Race. Please use the Transfer Request Form to do this online before the end of 2020.

If you are unable to make the new date of Saturday 04 September 2021, then you are welcome to transfer your entry over to any of the other events in the 2021 Questars Adventure Race Series. Again, all you have to do is let us know by completing the Transfer Request Form before the end of the year.

And remember, if you aren’t able to take part in any of the 2021 Questars events yourself, you are welcome to find someone else to take your place. Read more on this here…
