Important Update: Sunday 13 December 2020

Please note The Quest Team are away this coming week. Due to the sheer number of transfer requests received over the past week, we have unfortunately not been able to process them all as initially planned. All transfer requests received on Monday 7 & Tuesday 8 December have been processed today (Sunday 13 December). Transfer requests received on or after Wednesday 9 December will be processed on the weekend of Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 December, if not before. 

If you are contacting us to let us know that you haven’t received an email from us about transferring your entry over to 2020, you can find all the details and information you need on the website here. We will catch up with all other messages on the weekend of Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 December, if we’re not able to do so sooner. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

IMPORTANT: If you are contacting us because you are no longer able to take part in a race, please see our Withdrawal Policy for your options and how to do each. The answers to many other commonly asked questions can be found on the pages under INFO on the main menu. So, please have a good look at these, and in particular the FAQ’s page, before contacting us.

DID YOU KNOW? On average, more than one whole day out of every five is spent dealing with and responding to your questions and queries. A considerable number of these are unnecessary because the answers can be found on this website, or will be provided in due course (e.g. in the final details / race briefing). This uses up valuable time and is not a good use of our limited resources (as it means less time for actual planning and preparation of events). It also costs (and hence wastes) a not insignificant amount of money too. You can help by only asking us questions if you really need to. Thank you in advance for your understanding and help with this.

If you do need to contact us, the best way to get in touch is to send us a message using the form below. You can also use this form to request a call back if you’d rather talk to us. Just let us know if you have a particular time of day that you’d like us to ring you, and don’t forget to include your phone number! We will endeavour to respond as soon as we can. 

Our normal office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (UK time) but please note…

  • we are a small team with other work commitments
  • we aren’t in the office every day each week
  • we may be tied up delivering another big event (or away on annual leave)

It might, therefore, be several days, or even a week, before we can get back to you. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in such circumstances. And if you need to contact us, we strongly encourage you to do so in plenty of time and not to leave it until the last minute!
