How To Register
This is a new online registration system for 2022. Please read all the information below carefully if this is the first time you have used it. It is there to help you! Steps 1, 2 & 3 (below) are recommended but not compulsory. Step 4 is mandatory – it is required to take part the adventure race that you have entered.
Save Participant Details
Before you begin registering a person/team for a race, we strongly recommend you get each person/team member taking part to save their participant details here first, if they haven’t already done so.
This is a one-off (one-time-only) process, which makes it quicker and easier to register a person for a race and/or add a person to a team. If you do this now, you won’t need to do this ever again. You do this once and that’s it – done – forever! Each participant’s details will be saved to a secure database where they can be used to register for any future Questars adventure races that they participate in.
Please note, if a participant doesn’t save their details (as outlined above), then unfortunately it won’t be possible to include them in the series championship due to the way series scores are calculated.
Get Your Participant ID Number(s)
Note down the Participant ID Number(s) of the person/team members that you wish to register for this race (who’ve done step 1 above).
When a person saves their participant details (step 1), they will be given a Participant ID Number that’s unique to them. This will be emailed to them and also added to the Questars Participant Database list.
And it is a person’s unique Participant ID Number that you can use to register them for a race and/or to add them to a team without having to enter any of their personal details.
Log In (or Create an Account)
If you don’t, you won’t be able to save the details that you enter as you go along/fill out the form. And, perhaps more importantly, you won’t be able to edit/make any changes to your race registration details after you have submitted them (which means if any of your details do change you will either have to i) fill out the race registration form again from scratch or ii) ask us to make the amendments for you for which a small admin fee will be charged).
NB. If you had an account on the old online entry system, then you need to create a new account. Attempting to log in using details that you’ve used in previous year’s won’t work as this is a totally different system that’s brand new for 2022!
Complete the Race Registration Form
Fill in and submit the online Race Registration Form.
When you pay to enter a race, you will receive an order confirmation email. In this email is a link to the online registration form for the race that you have entered. Click on this link and follow the instructions to complete the registration form.
Already filled out the registration form for this race and not sure if it was submitted successfully? You can check by looking on the list of registered participants, available via the menu on the event page.
