Race 2 - 30 May 2009 - South East Wales

The second questars of the 2009 series visits a brand new area the exact location of which we're going to keep a bit of a secret until nearer the time of the event.

Here are a few clues. The course covers a very mixed area that includes part of the Brecon Beacons National Park, a World Heritage site, and the venue of an international skiing competitions. The area offers a great deal to adventure racing.

Event base :

Will be announced with the Final Details of the event. Suffice it to say its less than 30 minutes from the Severn Bridge.

Facilities available :

Indoor briefing and prize giving, car parking, sports massage, refreshments & showers. A number of our event partners including Likeys will also be at the event base with their range of outdoor clothing and equipment.

Provisional event timings :

Masters : Registration opens 0900, Event Briefing 0945, Starts from 1030

Novices : Registration opens 1015, Event Briefing 1100, Starts from 1140

Finishing times between 1630 and 1720

Results and Prize Giving : 1745
