For the fourth one day and penultimate adventure race in the 2012 Series, Questars will once again visiting the splendid Brecon Beacons in South Wales.
If you competed in the Brecon Beacons Questars in 2011 don't be put off taking part in this race for the event base and course is in a different part of the national park to that used in 2011. And in a change from recent years the 2012 Brecon Beacon Questars will take place on the Saturday 1st September rather than earlier in the year, so do come and enjoy the stunning scenery in all its late summer / early autumn glory.

Car parking, a large indoor hall for briefings and prize giving, refreshments, toilets, changing rooms and showers.

Online entries close one week before race day if places haven't already sold out.
Questars adventure races are always popular and kayak places often sell out before online entries close, so do enter well in advance to avoid missing out.
Extra Maps
Each team will receive a course map with all the checkpoints marked on it, printed on A3 waterproof paper. If your team would like extra copies of the course map these need to be purchased when you enter online.
Bike Hire
Where possible we try to team up with a local bike firm to supply suitable bikes to those participants that wish to hire them. If it is possible for us to do so for this event, details will be added here nearer the event (i.e. a few months before the race).
Accommodation
Details about accommodation in the local area will be added here in due course in case you wish to make a weekend of it and stay in the Brecon Beacons overnight before and / or after the race.
